About the Leadership Garden

Engineering leadership, especially engineering management often gets a bad rap. Sadly, also often, this is well deserved.

One of my missions with Leadership Garden is to show that leadership can be people-first, humane, and a real enabler.

Another mission of mine is to actually shift engineering leadership in this direction. I figured that one way to get there is to give actionable guides and tips to leaders on how to achieve this.

This is what Leadership Garden is about.

I’m a software engineering leader, been in the industry for 20+ years. I’ve spent almost 6 years at Prezi, then 3 at Contentful, some time at Choco, and currently I'm at Personio. My role is to support software engineering teams and leaders, help build the engineering organization and the culture. I’ve been in such roles since 2011, and I deeply enjoy it ❤️
